We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
• Products received damaged, defective, or incorrect
• Requests made within 7 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:
• Opened or used skincare, haircare, oils, or herbal products
• Consumables such as teas, herbs, seeds, and wellness blends
• Products purchased on sale or promotion

REFUNDS
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval
• Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method
• Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the error was on our side

Exchanges
We offer exchanges only if:
• The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
• The request is made within the required timeframe
If approved, we will replace the item or offer store credit where applicable.

Return Shipping
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• If the product is defective or incorrect, EdenRootCare will cover shipping
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method

• Reason for return (with photos if damaged)

• We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet our policy
